CARAMELIZED ALMOND

Traditional pastry from the Venetian era and its name comes from the Italian word “mandorla” (almond). Mandolas has the shape of a dragee and they are caramelized almonds, flavoured with essential oils in various flavours. Cacao (the classic one), rose, kum quat and mint!
This tasty delicacy accompanies excellent your liqueur or your drink and also becomes a delectable snack. Decorate colourfully and deliciously your pastry creations.
