Mojito is one of the most likable cocktails, especially when it is combined with Lazaris Limoncello!
• 3 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
• 30ml lime juice
• 15ml sugar syrup
• 30ml Lazaris Limoncello
• 30ml white rum
• 120ml soda water
• Ice, for the serving
Grind the mint leaves 1-2 times in your hands, in order to emanate the aromatic oils.
In a cocktail shaker, mix gently the mint leaves with the lime juice and the sugar syrup.
Leave to rest for 15’.
Add the Lazaris Limoncello and the rum and fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until it gets cold.
Fill a hurricane or a highball glass with ice, then strain in the liquid. Fill the glass with soda water.
Garnish with additional mint leaves.
