250gr almond flour
50gr LAZARIS Kumquat liqueur
250gr dark chocolate 55%
1 jar LAZARIS Kumquat preserve
Preheat the over to 170 degrees Celsius. Break the chocolate into small pieces, then melt it with the butter in an au bain marie. Mix the eggs with the sugar with a mixer until it turns white. Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs, while continuously mixing. Add the almond flour and the liqueur. Pour the mixture in a prepared round cake form (24cm) and bake for 50 minutes. Wait 10 minutes for the cake to cool a little bit and then place it on a rack to cool down. Serve with LAZARIS Kumquat preserve.
